And to allow Sandusky to have free run of the place? And to feed Sandusky's need for access to child victims? And to enable Sandusky to bring 'at-risk' children with him to bowl games?

This is just sicksicksick. It's right there with the Catholic Church scandals in that a male-dominated hierarchy enabled the ongoing abuse of children. And, in Happy Valley, the Alpha Dog of that hierarchy was Joe Paterno.
