Now that we've landed Folefac, are there any guard prospects we are pursuing to finalize roster?
They way some on this board talk you'd think multiple versions of Chris Paul and Hakeem Olajuwan were sitting in the portal and Syracuse simply aren't pursuing them. Reality is most NBA ready players are entered in the draft OR returning to their same school for massive pay days. I'd be curious what "better" players are currently available that people think we should be after at PG or C? Also which "better" players WERE available that we had a chance in hell to win bidding wars for at PG or C? Portal is always going to be sorting through mid-major players to find best fits. At the very least we will be much tougher defensively as a given. If all/any incoming players get marginally better shooting in the offseason we're probably going to be better there as well. Certainly should be less turnover prone. The bar currently is be better than .500 and ideally 20+ wins. The current roster should be able to do that. The 92 dream team isn't walking through our, or anyone else's door.
