NY prospects this year

I'm starting to think this is actually a stronger crop of New York football players this year than originally thought. Downstate/LI in particular.

I just noticed a kid from Bayshore, NY - Ousmane Camara - landed an offer from Purdue. One of the sites has him listed as a 6-3 240 linebacker.

Uggghhh please get more out of state players this year that's all I ask NY football is a joke at this current point and time. I hope we land the top ten kids and call it a day personally

Top 10? I thought we only had room for like 17 this year? I'd go for top 3-5. Then go south!

Nice call I am used to us trying to pull 28 to 30 kids a year force of habit on my part

My guess is that it will be far more than 17 when all is said and done. Transfers, injuries, legal issues, academics ... Guarantee we end up with at least 20.

If you look at the spring roster and add in incoming recruits, we have space for 19 or 20 right now.
