It is you that needs to have an open mind. You are starting with the result you want and working backwards to find what will substantiate your conclusion. Your belief
that since the NCAA cleared UNC once based on incomplete info that it provides eternal immunity regardless what else is discovered or in fact revealed, shows the closed mindset you have. You are basing your defense on double jeopardy rationale. With the crazy NCAA , who knows, it could work if they want it to.  I have little faith in the NCAA for doing the right thing, having any consistency or a sense of proportion in it' rulings, so it's useless to come to our site and defend UNC. No sympathy here after SU being raked over the coals by the NCAA. So my advice is don't bother trying.
