Wow... Now that is the way the national anthem should be sung.

I've always read that the tune is actually an old "drinking song"... but I had never before heard it performed in a manner that suggested it could be a "drinking song."

Oak Ridge Boys nailed it .. a cappella... (in Nashville, of course).

David Northrup is the drummer for the Oak Ridge Boys. I went to school with him at Chittenango, which is kind of a suburb of Syracuse. I went to many parties with him in the mid 80's.
