When's the last time we had that few? 1996 national semifinal?

not sure about overall, but post game notes says it is the fewest in BET play since 1986 title game loss to St. John's

4 turnovers.

Thats the answer. The question is:

- How can any team in the country have 3 of its best players, including its two senior starters and a third quasi-starter, go 2-18 and still beat a talented (and Calhoun-coached) UConn team in the Garden?

(Dion Waiters and James Southerland say, 'hi').

I think the stat I saw said fewest in a win since 2004.

In the 1996 Miss State game, iirc, we had only 1 turnover going into the last media timeout, and then Reafsnyder turned it over 2-3 times in a row.

You're right; we ended up with five, most of which came in garbage time.
