Not sure about the new team scenario with Anae considering that Whipple is #7 long before he's ever called a play at Nebraska.

Miami has the two highest rated in the ACC with their flashy hires.

NC State surprisingly is next.

Then UNC.

I think Pitt beats out out by one for the fourth highest rated coordinator pair. By 1.

Surprised to see Cignetti rated so highly. Not sure he has done anything in his career to justify this. They might be relying on the talent he has to work with at Pitt. But there is going to be a big drop off there.
