It is not a reflection of what Vegas thinks will happen, it is a reflection of how they expect people to bet and how to maximize profit. A team that can potentially be good but has a high variability would be set low to minimize pay out if they are in fact good. Keep in mind that the last 3 years have been 2 Final Fours and 2 #1 seeds for Kentucky.

Arizona is money well spent. Some good recruits coming in. 3 - 5 stars and a four star recruit yet they are +6000.
