And, I'm sure with them hemming and hawing about the ACC and the money and how they are just stuck in it that FSU is dominating 1st and 2nd team AP AA as one woul... oh, please hold, I'm getting a message...

Syracuse and FSU have the exact same number of players on the AP 1st/2nd team, one. OG and Verse. Credit to Syracuse.com, they called this out.

So the ACC list is:

4 Players: Clemson
3 Players: None
2 Players: UNC
1 Player: Cuse, BC, Miami and FSU

I actually don't hate FSU, I just think it's a little funny...

It would be tough just looking at stats and nothing else. So I'll take TE since it gets him on the team

You'd think a TE would have to block X amount of times to be considered a TE not just line up at different spots.

And I’m pretty sure a recent video from this week said Mang would be the starter at TE.

But I’m betting when the depth chart comes out it will probably show OG at TE1 and Mang as TE2.

On a side note, I'd be really curious to know of OG's snaps, how many he's got a finger in the dirt for.

I don't remember any, but I'm not reliable. I can't imagine if there are that it's more than a handful. And that would seem to be part of how the end part of tight end is defined.

PFF has him as taking 8 snaps last year as a TE. The rest were in the slot or out wide.

He’s going to be very well known by mid season I suspect. Hopefully the rest of our receiving corps can get some catches to help open him up more.

This is very interesting. Wonder if Mang has improved. He’s been a bit of a liability to date. Kind of a forgotten player, but he has tools to work with at 6’7” 265. With experience maybe he starts to come around? I know it’s hard not to like Clement but he’s just a freshman. Like so many other positions, it’d be nice for an actual TE to emerge.

Exactly! Just based on stats of the other WRs I looked at, I'm not sure he makes it at WR. I'd rather he get the recognition and I don't care that it's at TE.

He is Flex or "" TE. It is a thing.
