He then seemed to be favoring programs like Georgia, Michigan and Nebraska. By the time the Early Signing Period rolled around, many thought San Diego State would be the pick, but Simmons decided to hold off and not sign. The move was smart as Maryland, Penn State, Oregon State and Syracuse are all now commutating with the road grader.

From the article we also reached out to Miami Palmetto's 4-star defensive tackle Savion Collins. We didn’t offer. I assume since he didn’t sign with Miami and we didn’t offer that maybe he has grade issues.
