Tyler Lydon is featured on the ticket stub vs Pitt, kind of strange that it is this early in the season but the timing is perfect. Tyler Lydon is starting to put this team on his back and will continue to do so. Chew on these stats from the last six games. 19 points per game. 9.3 rebounds per game. 56% shooting percentage from the field. 60.9% shooting percentage from beyond the arc.

Tyler Lydon has shaken off whatever was ailing him earlier this season. He is in beast mode. His 2nd half vs Miami was an instant classic. Physically and mentally he seems to be at 200%. Lock the doors and buckle your seat belts. Bring the kiddies. The Tyler Lydon show begins at 12:00 noon.

Wow

I'm chewing on them
But wait, there's more. The four games prior to the last six, TL averaged only 8 ppg and shot 3 for 17 from three (that's 23.5% for those scoring at home) in those four games. Was it something of a physical nature or was it something psychological that caused him to shoot so bad. Hopefully we never see a repeat of that stretch again but however he came out of that funk, he needs to ensure that he never goes back.

Or maybe... It's basketball

I hate to be that guy, but seeing those type of numbers against Pitt is very different. At least under Dixon their plan would be to come out punch him straight in the face, gouge at his eyes and then dare him to do something with two guys grabbing at him for the entire game. We'll see.
