I also DVR'd the game but when I went to watch it our CW channel must somehow be related to MSG because our cable provider dropped MSG on 1/1 due to a fee dispute and our CW channel was also dropped.

Instead of the smoky, salty bacon enhancing the creamy sweetness of the scallops, it overwhelms it. But if it’s done right with fairly large scallops (which are expensive and why people make it wrong to start with) and very thin bacon - bacon wrapped scallops are fantastic.

If it’s a $300 watch party with correctly done bacon wrapped scallops - I’d be in.

Agree with this. I make scallops quite a bit (not bacon-wrapped, pan-seared) and I will only use U-10s.
