Yup. So far this game is going PERFECTLY for Syracuse. We want a close Oklahoma win followed by Ohio St. trouncing Northwestern.

Yep or if Georgia can pull off the win. Can’t count on Bama losing however. Of course there is all this hand wringing all because American Gigolo down in NC wrote an article
 
I could start a spreadsheet or set up a table, some charts and a calculator with a gallon of coffee. Or just wait for Alsacs to explain what could happen and what team to root for.
 
Kinda drives me nuts that an offensive powerhouse like OK wouldn't go for 2 when down 12-14 in Q2. I think the old math of not going for 2 until Q4 is just that, old, stupid thinking. Even the top offensive NFL teams are now looking to tie the game up there.

I could see some offensively challenged teams kicking, but honestly, I can't think of any team more well suited to get 2 yards then OK with Kyler Murray.

Probably Mcdonald’s best recruit even though he didn’t stick. McDonald was an annoying child that was definitely overrated as a recruiter but he did add a couple of nice pieces in Brisly and Ishmael and Davis would have been All ACC imo if he stayed with us. 4 year starter at Texas.
 
Good game. Texas has some absolute monsters on the field at WR/S/DL. I posted once about this before but during the UT-USC game an interesting comment was said. Brock Huard was poking around the sidelines before the game during warmups. A ton of NFL personnel and scouts were there. He said that the consensus was that Texas has the most physically imposing players and biggest guys on their roster next to Alabama.
 
My goodness these defenses are just terrible. If somehow OU wins this game are they really the 4th best team in the country. If Geo loses to Ala I would put Geo in over them even though they have 2 losses. Geo is so much better than OU and The OSU.

I’m aware. I thought they would win today. I meant to keep OU in that range scoring. They are a good defense though unlike OUs. In that conference to give up only 25ppg (51st nationally) and 61st in Total Defense (ahead of even a Boston College) is good. I was addressing whoever wrote Texas’s D is bad because they are in the B12. That’s baloney. They held USC to -5 yds rushing.

I would love to see Oklahoma win and UGA win to see what the NCAA does with Bama. They're not stupid...they'd put them at 4 but would they leave OU out?

I like seeing the Texas Fr RB Ingram get some run. Last year when Ingram was wavering on his decision Texas started sniffing around J. Jordan. Which in my opinion solidifies how good Jordan is.
 
I wonder, barring an absolute destruction, if Ohio State can jump OU. OUs defense was so horrible down the stretch this year but looked really solid today. Might be enough for the committee to keep them ahead. Probably need a Georgia win to keep them out unless Ohio State pulls a 59-0 type win like they did against Wisconsin a few years ago
