Have been hearing that the Cuse is giving this Chicago NW Suburb player a major look but I thought the Orange were all set at OL for '15. Lombard is the younger brother of Notre Dame's current starting OT, Christian Lombard, and has lots of upside.

That is correct but Purdue, Indiana and the almighty...the NDSU Bison are now giving him a strong look these days. From what I heard, Lombard is a late bloomer a la Tyler Cross in GA.

He looks to have a good frame...grabbing linemen from the Chicago Area is a no brainer.

Agree and if he turns into a player anything close to his brother Christian, it is worth taking a look then maybe a chance.
