That's what the rules say, anyway. And a guy who transferred out of Louisville 2 ago and is from Florida is going to have a hard time getting a hardship waiver to play right away in Syracuse.if he comes here he’s not eligible till next year right?
It's not a matter of scholarship. According to the rule book (I know), a transfer must be in the portal by the preceeding May 1 to be eligible that fall.Can he walk on his first year and be eligible?
