How many total scholarships can SU offer in 2022?
I believe they have 10 verbal commitments to date.

There are potentially, as of today, 67 returnees. There are 10 commits. The NCAA has not changed the total limit of scholarships allowed, 85. That would mean 8. Plus I believe there were two spots available from last cycle that can be used for early enrollees. That would mean, as of the count today 10.
