I so badly want to feel good about this game, but the last 17 years have left me feeling pretty cynical. This game feels winnable, but I keep thinking back to how bad Florida State looked last year, and people were saying the same thing. We put up a valiant effort, and Dungey cemented his status as a warrior in that game, but ultimately, no matter what way you slice it, we took an "L"
I'm praying that this is the game that allows me to be an optimistic fan heading forward.

The difference between last year and this year is they are implementing new systems on O and D and have looked confused for stretches in both games. I expect our staff to game plan enough wrinkles to really sow confusion.

We're in year 3 of our systems and have a SR QB who is one of the best dual threats in the country.
