Of the historic top 10 teams in total wins and winning percentage--you know, the usual suspects, UK, UNC, Duke, etc.--SU is the last one alive this year.

16th all time high 600 win percentage.
But you cannot consider teams like Temple, ND, Penn, Utah, BYU, St Johns and Wash better programs just because they have been around longer and have more wins.
IU is only 11th for instance. Lville is lower than I thought, so you were right there but is also a top10 all time program easy when you look at those names I listed being above them on the list.
