The fact is most here felt that the accusations were not credible.  At the same time, nearly every poster here tempered their comments with phrases like "based on what we know right now."  We didn't know all of the information.  And we still don't.  Until we do, there isn't much to be done.

And finally, I would like to add that this case could have been greatly aided by Mr. Davis and/or Mr. Lang going directly to the police -- statute of limitations or not.  If Lang was going to change his previous statement about not being molested, he should have started with the SPD.  If their true concern was for other potential victims, this would have been the action to take.  Following that, if they met with resistance or dismissal, THEN they could go to the media.  Whether BF is innocent or guilty, I believe their motives were not 100% pure.
