Even Dino said another year and a half to get all his guys in. Kids want to play for him. Freshman talent everywhere on the field.
Just remember this, the last time opposing fans rushed the field with such gusto I do believe was @Rutgers. There is a shift. No moral victories here and the corner isn't quite turned, but we can see it.
On the precipice of greatness, the D was gassed and fell short wohen they needed one more play. The offense just needed one more score. Great teams overcome, Clemson is a great team. Superlatives I'd say thats the best D a competent Syracuse offense has faced since 1998 Florida and maybe even 2001 Miami. 12-0 ain't happening but 11-1 looks great too.
