Old school win, smash mouth a soft team. Looked like the second half against Miami in '92 running between the tackles.

This is the best team since '98. Complete offense, decent defense and specials (since the first 1/3 of the year).

Huge kudos to the defense today, owned the LOS. Tremendous job. Who gets two safeties in a game?

Can't believe WVA planned for the offense we ran.
Kudos to the SU D.

I'd make an argument for 2001, but I otherwise agree.

No argument... 2001 was better, but mainly due to one dynamic player.

Of course there's an argument.

The one thing there is no argument over is that this offense is much, much, much, much, much better. This year 30 pts per game, ranked 19th in total offense (as of this morning), 2001, ranked 93rd in total offense.

Defense, this year ranked 44th, 2001, 46th. This years run defense was better than 2001. 2001 the defense was better on pass defense, generating turnovers, and scoring defense, and that is all in large part because of Freeney.
