Little thing: if anyone at the Athletic Dept sees this, please put the pre-game hype/entrance video online - youtube, tiktok, instagram, whatever. We have to be the only school where it's very difficult to find. I feel like we did it during Marrone and Shafer and since Dino we just haven't.

Medium: After getting 1st downs in NCAA 26 & 26, our fans shout "first down." Can't the band/cheerleaders and PA get the fans to do this? These things would make the gameday atmosphere feel bigger.

Big: Hire someone to put together a cinematic entrance. I don't know that we could ever emulate a Tennessee night game (the Rocky Top solo videos are great though I feel like dropping a sick beat right at the end and then having the team begin its run would be more hype, but whatever) or Penn State white out. But we could definitely do more with lights and sound, especially as we get more big night games.

Any other suggestions?
