...whoever it is, and for this I hope we at least have staff continuity. One thing FHCDM did was re-open the doors to the HS of NY to Syracuse Football. Everything that GRob destroyed in that department, Marrone built back up and gained a ton of respect throughout the state. That door HAS TO remain open and those links to the NYSHS's need must continue to be a priority. There a lot of the little, but important, things that need to be considered with this next hire. I believe in TGD that he'll get it right.
