Now with Manuel, they have that. Colin Kaepernick was not known as a fantastic thrower, but he was fantastic at the read option. His throwing was good enough (accurate enough) in year two to make that package work. I think that's what the Bills are going for. With Fred Jackson and especially CJ Spiller, why wouldn't they?
