One upstate NY team is still alive in tourney!

Siena has reached the Finals of the CBI tourney... which, interestingly, is a two-out-of-three championship.

They play at Fresno State on Monday; at Siena on Wednesday; and, if necessary at Siena next Saturday (at 11:30 a.m.). Hey, an upstate NY team playing on Final Four Weekend! All games are on CBSSN

Aren't there some Siena alums/fans here?

Well, it's set up as a home-and-home. The problem is ... they wound up with two "homes" that are 3000 miles apart.

I think it would be more fun as a day event at a neutral court.

The 3rd game would really show who has the most heart.

If you are Siena how do you justify the cost of flying out to Fresno?

St. Bonaventure turned down a bid to this tournament. Host schools on the tab for $35,000.
