Unless you know the internal politics in the Bills front office how can you say what he did was horrible?

It's pretty obvious Whaley and the old guard didn't like him pushing back and he wanted more control and if he didn't get it people were gunning for him.

Are you saying that he was wrong wanting more support and resources at SU given the disaster he was handed andhe should have just bit his tongue when commitments on resources and investments in winning that were made weren't happening?    The only bad leader in what happened at SU was Gross.

He's a control freak, so the ' what?  You need to be to get the jobs done that he was handed.

Here is what Harbaugh, Briles, Marrone, and Cutcliffe stepped into and how they did.  The 4 year average is that level of performance of each program before they were each hired.   The guy deserves a lot more respect for the job he did here than he gets.
