Only 4 Teams have cruised through the tournament and not been tested in the last 10 minutes. They had a nice working lead at the 10 minute mark (in most cases, these leads were double digits or more)
UCLA
Baylor
Arizona
Michigan
In terms of the 12 other teams, 11 were tied or losing in the last 10 minutes of a game. 9 were tied or losing in the last 4 minutes or went to OT.
3 won in OT (Tennessee, San Diego St, UCOnn)
6 teams were tied or losing with 4 minutes or less to go (Kentucky, Stanford, Dayton, Iowa St, Louisville, Wisconsin)
2 number #1 seeds were tied with about 10 minutes left against #16 seeds (Virginia, Florida)
1 was down 2 with 7 minutes to go (Michigan St)
Note - Technically Florida had pulled away with 10 minutes to go in both games. But I did not include them in the group of 4, because of being tied with a 16 seed with 14 minutes to go.
It's a fine line between an early disappointing exit and reaching the sweet 16.
