So this Dr. Gross (no relation), goes public questioning ARod's diagnosis from the Yankee doctor.
Not only does it violate the CBA, which isn't all big a deal. But the bigger deal is that Gross was apparently in hot water with the NJ Attorney General for "failure to ensure proper patient treatment involving the prescribing of hormones including steroids"
It appears that MLB is now expanding the ARod investigation to include his relationship with Dr. Gross.

I have $20 that says the PR guy wasn't consulted until after the doctor went public.
