Regarding working for Doug, did any of you know that Doug uses an extensive review process for each one of his coaches complete with goals, expectations and outcome requirements that was communicated on a regular basis?  Everyone knew where they stood with Doug and that's why many of them followed him to the Bills.

Please explain that to me Bees and others who are making fun of Doug's relationships.

Does anyone know if HCSS uses the same review process or will we see more mid season adjustments that are "complete surprises" to the demoted coach?

Regarding surprises, why did Casullo come to work for Doug AGAIN if he knew what he was like and what his requirements for the job were?  And did anyone know that Casullo was warned many times for his sideline behavior before the last straw literally "forced" Doug's hand?  AND supported by ALL on the coaching staff to get rid of Casullo?

Does anyone know that Doug was threatened by higher ups (won't name names but quite a few people besides Gross) about his job after the 3rd year setting in motion for what happened after year 4?
