What people on here see that others outside the program don't is the increased use of young guys as the season progressed last year, especially in the secondary and at WR. In the name of  balancing out the optimism, I have seen a number of threads expressing concern about LB and the oline and how our success likely hinges on those two groups. Of course having a transition at QB leads to questions, but that happens all over the country and, as much as we loved him, Dungey was not Donovan McNabb and his replacement is more talented than anyone we tried to replace McNabb with.

I think the strongest contributor to fan optimism is simply trust in Dino. We have seen him take players from the previous staff and make them more successful while consistently filling holes/upgrading positions with both traditional recruits and both kinds of transfers. Up to this point, he has given little reason to doubt his plan and it's execution.
