If your contention is that Carey has more upside, is a better prospect, and should have gotten more developmental PT -- no argument there.  But based upon in-game performance, he didn't earn minutes.

Frank was hurt, Washington was out, and Hughes didn't get many backcourt minutes -- perhaps that's who you were referring to.  But the notion that we had "plenty of guys" is nonsense.

And your assessment of Boeheim is way off, based upon performance.  You're applying a substantial double standard, given your insistence that Carey should have played more.  And this is coming from an unabashed Carey fan who believes [hopes?] that he lives up to the billing this upcoming season.
