Those are some gaudy numbers in the JB era. It's even better that he's hitting right around 80% (81-102).
If Syracuse plays 35 games this year, and Oshae maintains his pace, he would exceed 250 FTA. None of that is guaranteed of course, but it's not outside the realm of reason either. We'd need 4 post-season games, and Oshae would have to maintain against conference competition. He is improving every game though.
I believe only 3 Orange in the JB era (please correct me if I missed anyone) have had 250+ FTAs in a season:
DC - 263
Wallace - 291
Hak - 310
