Hate to clutter the board with more OT, but thought some folks on here might be interested. As some of you hopefully remember, I am the current Exec. Director of the Silver Knight Foundation, the non-profit wing of the Syracuse Silver Knights, a professional indoor soccer team in the MASL. We have one more home game coming up this Sunday, March 1st and then it is on to a playoff series with our Thruway rivals, the Rochester Lancers. Tomorrow night is our 2nd Annual "Silver Knight Out" Cocktail Reception and Silent Auction.
Trying to make this a great event that we build on each year and wonder if any of you would like to join us. The event will be held at the Syracuse CoWorks space on East Jefferson from 6pm to 9pm. Don't miss this chance to learn about what we do and to meet the Silver Knight Foundation Board. Several of the Silver Knights players, staff & dance team will also be on hand to meet and greet fans. The event is free, but please be sure to RSVP through our Eventbrite page (http://bit.ly/1D8k6Ze) This event is an integral part of the Foundation's yearly schedule as it raises significant funds which we use to sustain current health and educational programming. Additionally, the event provides the funding necessary for program expansion into additional schools and neighborhoods. We have some great items to bid on during our silent auction and will be conducting raffles throughout the night.
