He wakes up at 4:00 am to make sure he can just breathe and live a normal life. Maybe next year I should ride prior to the ride and not take a month off. Positive note is I burned 3700 calories but if I step on the scale tomorrow and I actually gained weight I'm heading right to the bakery and eating all the cupcakes on the top shelf.
