OT - Baldwinsville Area Question

I lived there 25 years ago, but in a Townhouse, which I owned and rented out up until March of this year. Great starter area. Easy to get to Syracuse, thruway or Oswego.
I have lived in the Village since then. I haven't heard anything negative about the area.
From purely an economic view, if your son-in-law can swing it, I would recommend the village, Radisson, or some of the other developments in the area, as the home values are likely to grow more quickly than in Village Green.
If kids are in the future, Bville schools have been really good to us, with lots of opportunities in sports, drama and music in addition to excellent academics. Lots of parental involvement.
