This is Matt Manning, one of the Tigers top pitching prospects and the son of former Orangeman, Richard Manning (and former Washington Huskie, right?).
Matt is "only" 6-foot-6. He was the No. 9 overall selection in the 2016 MLB Draft.
Look for him to arrive in Detroit in 2019 or 2020.
