Nice list, nothing exceptional, but a damn nice list to have in April a year before NSD

This is what they need, big boys up front. I love Dino and believe in his offense, but never forget that games are won in the trenches!!! Would love to see them pursue this kid. Anyone know if he is still on our radar?

Don't think he can transfer to another ACC school. Can he?

Plus, if he washed out at Miami, why would we be so eager to pick him up?

Maybe? Why did he wash out?
Looks like he was recruited over. From SB Nation:

"A 6’8, 300lb lineman from Tallahassee, FL, Loftus was one of the last players to join Miami’s 2015 recruiting class. He came to Miami with little fanfare, and was thought to be a long term project at best for Miami.

Loftus’ reported departure makes him the 2nd OL to leave the Hurricanes following the 2016 season. Earlier, OL Hunter Knighton left the team with intent to transfer elsewhere.

The losses of Knighton and now Loftus are not major for Miami. Neither was considered a top tier talent, and having them elect to leave now opens up additional scholarship slots for Mark Richt to rebuild the Canes’ roster."

He sounds like their version of Jon Burton although a little more heavily recruited.

If a player with his size, out of that area was brought on as a project, and isn't panning out, I don't know he's going to help us the way you'd want him to. Especially the amount of young OL we currently have that have RS'd the past two classes.
