I expect the 4-8-1 Panthers will probably shut him down for the year anyways.

not really. tp fractures are little bones that stick out of your vertebra. i know that doesn't sound that good, but he may be able to play sunday. its typically much worse if you sustain a fracture to the vertebral body or injure the discs in some way.
