Slightly off topic but thought some might be interested in this.
Over the past two years I have traveled to the Dominican Republic for construction trips - typically putting roofs on church buildings in remote sugar cane villages. During my last trip, we played some basketball with the villagers on a rickety hoop that was falling off a tree. So, this trip as a side project we built a new backboard for them that should last - the best part being it is SU themed. The Orange is pretty close but the blue is not (it is reminiscent of the 2003 team colors though).
Who knows, maybe we get a commitment from a DR kid one day!
