OT Dome Box Office

Gotta give a huge shout out to the Dome Box Office. Purchased tickets and a parking pass for the Monster truck event tonight from Ticketmaster. When we were about to leave the house we realized the tickets were supposed to be physically mailed to us, and we never received them. After trying to attempt to get ahold of a real person at Ticketmaster which is impossible, my wife called the Dome Box Office. I believe she spoke to someone named Robin who was extremely helpful and was able to get everything straightened out, and even called over to the Manley North lot and gave the attendant our name so we could still take advantage of the parking pass we purchased. Again, just an overall great experience that I wanted to share with someone and thought most of the people here would appreciate.
