OT: Drink Requests for Fine Mess Pitt Tailgate

I'm willing to bring some extra beverage for people to enjoy. If you have a special request for beer and/or wine post it here, and I'll grab some of whatever gets a preponderance of the votes, or what intrigues me the most.

Gall of goat, and slips of yew,
Slivered in the moon's eclipse;

Ditch-delivered by a drab,
Make the gruel thick and slab,
For the finale, Pavian's blood is added.

We shall drink before fight unnerved and victory will be assured.
