That's Disney for you. We can expect this from a Mickey Mouse organization that does Goofy things from time to time. So if you work at the Entertaining Sports Promotion Network and you boss comes around with a handful of pink slips and your name is Donald, Duck. (This was just too easy.)-VBOF

Disney is nearly 100 years old. They evolved from cell animation to a mammoth, diversified conglomerate. They own Lucas/Star Wars, and will make billions on that franchise. I don't think they're as goofy* as you might.
