Widening of the aisles would be a god send  but I am sure thats cost prohibitive at this point and may not even be possible based on how current stands and bathrooms are situated.  You also raised an interesting point about why better food seems available for football versus basketball.  I thnk it maybe due to the fact basketball usually has 3 times the amount of home games and due to the inability to tailgate more people are looking for food. 
 
I do think the Dome should concentrate on bringing in NY style food and upstate favorites.  Hell even a Tully's stand at this point would likely be a gold mind those tenders are like crack (no I dont know from personal experience).  As someone who frequents the wine trails on Seneca and Cayuga lake I dont know why SU hasnt tapped into that market as well.  There are literally dozens and dozens of wineries who would love to get there brand out there for an SU game not to mention the residents of these areas that SU could market to.
