i don't know anything about washington's kicker but most kickers have a zero % chance from that far out so i'd probably go for it.

shanahan talking about touchbacks tells me he didn't have any idea what his odds were and doesn't care too much to know about kicking (kickoffs are way easier)

Even in a dome Janikowski is the only kicker I'd give the edge in a 63 yd FG try vs. the 4th and 16 play.
