We are a undermanned/undersized team with 7 available scholarship players currently due to injury. Only 1 player over 6'5". We employed a strategy to take the air out of the ball and not to take so many early shots, limiting the possessions. It worked along with guys playing collective defense and rebounding and even the transfers coaching up players in the time outs. A total team effort and a much needed win for our program. It felt great to send the well traveled Dayton fans packing! BJ is doing well in school 3.0+ (Business/finance) and working toward next season. Keep fighting!!!
