Seems pretty spot on. Pitt has 0 wins over RPI Top 50 with 3 more chances (Syracuse, @UNC, FSU). They have 4 losses to RPI Top 50 teams (CIN, Cuse, Duke, UVA). They will probably finish with 6 losses and be a 5/6 seed in the Tourney.

Pitt shoved us around pretty good in the dome. Maybe we turned a corner on the boards after the duke game? Pitt losing to both duke and uva at petersen should give us more confidence in that game.

I think it's more stupid than spot on.
Sure, they lost a couple big home games this week they really needed in conference.
That's an anomaly with them given their record in the Big east. And even if it wasn't, why did it take him (Goodman) 10yrs to "begin to think" that?

I'm sure lots of people wrote the same kind of things about Boeheim pre-2003.

That's the results side of it. Personality-wise, though, Dixon makes it pretty easy for someone to detest him. At least no one in their right mind hates Jimmy's personality.
