Dick's has a decent starter canopy for $49.99 (half off) and you can get sidewalls for 20% off the $29.99 price  ($59.98 for complete surround).  I also suggest canopy weight plates for $29.99.  These should help keep the canopy down by themselves on windy days up to about 15-20 knots.  This canopy can fit into you parking space and can comfortably keep about a dozen people out of the rain.  Two people who know what they are doing can deploy/take down this canopy but really four people are best (moving each leg in or out in coordination).  Note:  These are not high end...if you manhandle them you can easily break the legs/frame.  Find sober people to put it up and take it down.
