Sad story; most of us probably remember the hyped Seton Hall 2000 recruiting class and the Ty Shine punch.

Kind of timely regarding the plight of early entrants; it's rare that I read about an NBA who doesn't lament a certain diminishment of quality of life that comes with leaving college. Dollars and cents aren't the only thing to consider.
Also, speaking of rare, has there ever been one of these articles in which an AAU coach pops up and makes the reader think "Gosh, that's someone who should spend time mentoring children"? Those guys come off as sleaze balls.
