I can't/wont say why it's important to me, and it shouldn't matter - It'll only take a few seconds of your time.

I've done my best to support pretty much every cause posted on Syracusefan. All I'm asking is you post this link to your social media page. It's all paid for - the only thing needed is to shame the home owners association to allow this kid to have a playhouse.

About five years ago, my kids were watching a movie (maybe Over the Hedge) where the HOA was a bad actor and my daughter, who was about eight, said "Figures the Homeowner's Association is sticking its nose in everybody's business." I raised her well.

I live in the Kansas City metro area. I posted it on FB and so have several of my friends already.

One of my old high school classmates lives in the KC area and commented on this after I shared it on Facebook. According to her, the local news mentioned that it looks like it'll probably be changed, and that originally, the intention of the structure and everything behind it apparently wasn't made clear when presented to the HOA.

No idea how accurate that is, but that's what I've been told is being said around that area of the country.
