From a PR standpoint it doesn't look that good, but from a business sense that's the best decision he could have made for himself imo.

Mora does come off as a complete dbag who only cares about himself, and winning football games.  He definitely gives off more of a professional feel where it's winning over everything, all while treating his players like college athletes with all the yelling and disciplining.  Obviously we have no idea if this is the case or not, but his program doesn't give off that family feel that a lot of other programs give off.
